With
a business-focused approach to technology solutions, Jeff assists
clients to align information technology (“IT”) with organizational
goals. He specializes in assessing and improving client business
processes and measuring supporting technologies against key
performance indicators. He maintains current technical skills,
employing hands-on, practical methods for implementing proven
solutions. In addition to his IT experience, Jeff provides financial
and management advisory services including engagements as an
interim CFO and CIO.
Jeff
has over 20 years of financial and information technology experience,
including 10 years in the IT consulting practice of PricewaterhouseCoopers
(PW) where he was a Senior Manager, and as a principal in Delta
Systems Associates for 13 years. Jeff has authored software
review articles for PC Magazine and Journal of Property Management.

Peter
has over 20 years of business and technology experience, with
emphasis on operations improvement, financial systems, business
applications software development and IT executive management.
In his dual role as technology and financial professional, he
assists companies in bridging the gap between business and technical
issues. Peter has successfully directed over 50 major systems
projects serving more than 200 clients during his tenure as
a manager with Ernst & Young, senior manager with PricewaterhouseCoopers
(C&L) and founder/president of local consulting firm, Delta
Systems Associates (DSA) for 12 years.
Prior
to founding DSA, Peter was IT Director for The Grupe Company,
a national real estate developer. Earlier in his career, he
was Manager of Systems and Programming for The Claremont Colleges.
